Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced jicama (in 2 x ½-inch sticks)
- 4 oranges peeled and sliced
- 2 cucumbers sliced
- ¼ cup lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon chile powder or crushed red chile flakes
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir gently to combine, taking care not to break the orange slices too much.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
