Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen green peas thawed
- 1 cup vegetable broth (look for Mushroom-Free broth if needed)
- ¼ cup raw cashews
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoons kelp powder
- 1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Process on high speed until smooth.
